We are dead excited to announce our first show of 2014 will be with legendary Birmingham band The Starries.Back in the late Nineties these guys were making waves in the UK, underground circuit, scoring shows with the likes of Idlewild and releases through Fierce Panda and hot Brum label Bearos Records. Their blend of fractured, melodic post hardcore lead the NME to write that if Idlewild had sounded like a flight of stairs falling down a flight of stairs then The Starries must surely be akin to Idlewild falling down a flight of stairs, falling off a mountain.

Returning to the live circuit a couple of years back at the request of Johnny Foreigner, the band are now armed with a ton of new material that kicks major ass. It’s a real honour to be sharing a stage with these B-town greats, and to top it all off the show is going to be free entry! You can tip your hat to Catapult Clubfor that.

The show will be in one of the cities newest venues, The Loft at The Cross, Moseley  and support comes from Why? Said the Moon to Earth and Felicity.
